1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on location, package weight, and courier service.

  • Final shipping fees will be displayed at checkout.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.


3. Delivery Time

  • Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

  • Remote or interior areas may take slightly longer.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on courier workloads, festivals, or weather conditions.


4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/SMS/Email.

  • You can track your package through the courier partner’s tracking link.


5. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your address and phone number are correct.
We are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect/incomplete address

  • Delivery failures due to unreachable phone numbers

  • Re-delivery charges (if applicable)


6. Damaged or Missing Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must inform us within 24–48 hours with:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will inspect the case and arrange a replacement/refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.


7. International Shipping

Currently, we ship only within India.
