Refund policy

At Good Vibes Toy Shoppe, we aim to deliver products in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return only if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered

  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery

  • The item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included

2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used toys

  • Products damaged due to misuse

  • Items bought during special sales/clearance (unless defective)

3. How to Raise a Return Request

  • Share an unboxing video and clear photos of the issue on WhatsApp No. 7710048808

  • Provide order details (Customer Name, Invoice Number, Date of Purchase)

  • Our team will verify and approve the request if eligible

4. Refund / Replacement

Based on product availability, you may receive:

  • A replacement of the same item, OR

  • Store credit / refund, issued after product verification

Refunds may take 3–7 working days to process.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.Β 

6. Important Notes

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping may be borne by the customer (unless the product is defective)
