1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return only if:

The item is unused, in original packaging, with all accessories included
2. Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

Items bought during special sales/clearance (unless defective)
3. How to Raise a Return Request

Provide order details (Customer Name, Invoice Number, Date of Purchase)

Our team will verify and approve the request if eligible
4. Refund / Replacement
Based on product availability, you may receive:

A replacement of the same item, OR

Store credit / refund, issued after product verification

5. Cancellation Policy
